The Moustang is a 1965 Ford Mustang that has a whole lotta sentimental value. Shelby and his dad did a full restore on it in 2004 and it had been stored in a barn ever since. In 2017 we brought it home with intentions of driving it in a parade only to have it quit running the day of the parade. Back into the barn it went until June of 2021 when we trailered it back home to work on it.
Shelby got it running with a little elbow grease and a hard night of work, but unfortunatelyour problems didn’t end there…
When we opened the doors we found that mice had completely infested the mustang chewing holes in the headliner and building mice nests everywhere they could find. We have tried everything to get the smell of mouse out it but so far no luck. Our plan is to pull out the entire interior replace the headliner, deep clean the carpet and repair and clean any upholstery that needs it.
